• How long can I keep the Bouncy Castle on the day of hire?

• We aim to have all Bouncy Castles delivered before noon and start picking up again around 6pm. We will arrange a pick up time when setting up the castle. If the Bouncy Castle is in a hall we will arrive once you have gained access and have it set up before your guests arrive.

• What time can I expect you to deliver the Bouncy Castle?

• We will text you the night before your event/party and let you know approximately what time to expect us. If you require a specific delivery time we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

• What happens if it is raining on the day?

• If it is raining on the day and the Bouncy Castle is for outdoor use, you are under no obligation to take delivery and if you cancel your order prior to it being set up there will be no charge.

• How and when do I pay for my hire of the Bouncy Castle?

• You can pay in cash or by BACS at time of delivery.

• I'm not sure if I have enough space for the castle can you give me some advice?

• If necessary we can call round, check your garden and advise as to which Bouncy castles would be suitable for the site. This also applies if your garden is sloped.

• I am trying to arrange a fun day/charity event can you offer any advice?

• We can offer competitively priced quotes and suggest the best options to suit your needs.

• We provide Bouncy Castles and Inflatables from Donaghadee to Portaferry on the Peninsula, Comber to Downpatrick around Strangford Lough and in Newtownards, Bangor and East/South Belfast.
