⏳ Hire Duration

Our standard hire period is 4 hours. Delivery and collection times are confirmed at the point of booking so you know exactly what to expect. Indoor hires are set up and collected in line with the booking times agreed with the hall.

Delivery and collection times are agreed when you book. If you need a specific slot, tell us at booking and we’ll try to accommodate.

🌧 Weather Policy

For outdoor hires, if it’s raining on the day, you are under no obligation to take delivery. If you cancel before the castle is set up, there is no charge.

• If rain prevents safe setup, no fee if cancelled before setup.
• We make safety-first decisions based on conditions and experience.

💳 Payment Options

Payment can be made by cash or BACS at the time of delivery. We prefer bank transfer for convenience.

📏 Space & Garden Suitability

Not sure if a castle will fit? We can advise based on photos, measurements, or a quick video of your garden. We’ll help you choose a castle that suits your space, including gardens that are sloped or have narrow access.
